Long Barn, Lower Liveridge. Barn Conversion
Some pictures of a Barn conversion we provided plans for. A complete transformation of this historically listed building creating a very desirable living space complete with gym and swimming pool. The wonderful charm of the old barn has been preserved and these elements provide a superb juxtaposition with the new high quality refurbishment. ​
Turchill Drive, Walmley - Garage Conversion
We helped this family extend their habitable accommodation by converting an existing garage into a playroom for the children. This is a typical project we provide plans for as the garage original purpose of storage for the car is much better suited to use as functional living space. Not all garage conversions require planning permission (where condition have been applied) but nearly all will require building control approval which we can help secure. As well as deigning the internal arrangement for access and providing window and door arrangements to complement the property. 

Ebrook Road, Sutton Coldfield - House to HMO
In 2014 we provided architectural services to design the conversion of a 3 Bed semi in Sutton Coldfield into a House of multiple occupants accommodating 6 tenants. We achieved planning permission for a substantial side extension which required set back to avoid public drains crossing the site. The property layout was reconfigured to maximise the accommodation potential whilst adhering to the latest building regulations. We also produced a full plans building control application which provided and approved design; working with the Local planning authority, Water board and Approved building inspectors to bring a successfully certified project.   
Roman Park, Little Aston - Bungalow Conversion
This bungalow property at a prestigious address in Sutton Coldfield was a particularly challenging project the result of which was a phenomenal increase in additional bedroom and living accommodation. The key to achieving an acceptable design was retaining the modest single storey appearance from the front whilst providing the two storey requirement to the rear. The client was delighted with seamlessness of the vertical extension and the greatly increased floor space.
