Portfolio - New Build

Park Hall Road, Walsall - Two New Build Detached Houses
In 2012 we were appointed to provided the technical drawings for two new build houses on a prestigious road in Walsall. The unique development utilized the garden land of an existing property which benefited from a corner plot.  

The arts & crafts influenced design makes use of a large dormer set across a steep pitched roof and incorporates design features which required specialist drawing details. 
Bourne Vale, Aldridge - New Build home with Basement
After gaining a precedent Planning Permission for this New Build Residence in the Bourne Vale, Aldridge. Alpha Plans were appointed to provide the working drawings for this impressive 5 bedroom home set over three floors.

In addition to acquiring building control approval for the property we also worked closely with the client on all aspects of the specification. Including providing a 3D computer model with rendered images of the proposed property with alternative material configurations.   
Wolverhapton Rd, Pelsall -  New Build Bungalow
In 2011 we were approached by a client to look at the feasibility of gaining planning permission for a new build bungalow in the garden of his existing property.  

With the aid of Local Authority pre application negotiation we achieved a full planning permission consent for a three bedroom property with separate access and comfortable amenity.  

We also provided the plans for the building control submission and worked closely alongside the client and building inspectorate to achieve a completion certificate with an excellent energy rating.
