We obtained Full Detailed Planning Approval for 3 No. Terrace Style Homes on former agricultural land in Walsall Wood, West Midlands.

The key to our success was in providing a building style which reflected the British Waterways heritage of architecture as any development needed to respond to the close proximity of the Daw end Branch Canal.
6 No. Houses, Willenhall - Outline Planning Permission 2012
 We successfully obtained Outline Planning Approval for 6 No. Houses with layout and access on a small industrial site in Willenhall, West Midlands. In order to maximize the potential of the site we aided our client in acquisition of additional land and created a scheme which achieves a significant number of units on modest sized plot. Whilst still making provision for the amenities required to meet modern living expectations.   ​
3 Bed Cottage, Walsall Wood - Full Planning Permission 2012

In 2013 we successfully achieved Full Detailed Planning Approval for a 3 bedroom Cottage on a former agricultural site in Walsall Wood, West Midlands. Through accomplished design our team effectively created a substantial building plot from a site which had numerous constraints and to many would not have envisaged a viable development scheme. We worked closely alongside our supporting Ecologist and Landscape architects and numerous other third party specialists in order to present a viable and attractive scheme.  ​
