Turchill Drive, Walmley. Garage Conversion
We helped this family extend their habitable accommodation by converting an existing garage into a playroom for the children. This is a typical project we provide plans for as the garage original purpose of storage for the car is much better suited to use as functional living space. Not all garage conversions require planning permission (where condition have been applied) but nearly all will require building control approval which we can help secure. As well as deigning the internal arrangement for access and providing window and door arrangements to complement the property.
